Part 1: Conducting a Family Assessment

Question 1: Imagine you have been tasked as a social work intern to complete an initial assessment for your case study at any one of the agencies at Harmony Haven. Identify the agency where the assessment would be conducted. Describe what assessment methods would be used and why. Be clear if you are using structured, semi-structured, or unstructured methods.
Question 2: List at least five questions you would ask and explain in one to two sentences your rationale for asking each question.
Question 3: How does your assessment method and the questions you have identified align (or not) with any of the theories that you were introduced to in this course? Be clear in identifying key concepts or principles to demonstrate your understanding of the theory.
Question 4: Upload a completed genogram or ecomap for your assigned case.
