The message must demonstrate that you analyzed the purpose of the message and used the proper method of delivery to adapt the message to the audience. In addition, the message must show that the content is organized and concise but thoroughly informational. After an employee reads this message, there should be no misunderstanding of its content. All employees will have no questions because all content is clearly explained. It must be clearly written using correct English to accomplish its goal.
