This report should draw on appropriate B302 module material and support its arguments with evidence. Your answer should be no more than 1250 words.

Reflect on and evaluate, first the process that led to the development of the strategic recommendations reported in Part 1, and second, on the skills to effectively participate in strategic decision making in an organisation. Your answer should be no more than 500 words.
